Penguin Composites requires a confident practical staff member capable of developing a marketing programme for a broad range of products produced at our Penguin factory. The business specialises in innovative fibreglass and steel products servicing vehicle fit outs, RV and caravan industry builds and repairs, new boats and marine repairs, tanks and pipe products, custom work, power and light poles Applicants should be able to maintain and update information systems and websites, develop contacts in applicable fields, forward plan with management on marketing programs and events. Preference would be given to a person with an entrepreneurial  practical approach to product development and some engineering knowledge. Interstate travel may be required.

Our customers service the mining, water treatment, extreme weather and the marine industries. Fibreglass Composite panel products, fibreglass composite pipe winding and fibreglass composite tank manufacture are important aspects of our business as well as our traditional watercraft products for the domestic Australian market"

With our RTM (fiberglass composite resin transfer molding) we can provide quick manufacturing turn around.

A recent innovative solution for a client has been our stainless steel exhaust and heat shields that reduce the incidence of  accidental fires in coal mines.

In June 2009 Penguin Composites acquired Islander Campers of Devonport and has relocated this innovative business to our Penguin site. This purchase has strengthened the capabilities of Penguin Composites in the repair, refurbishment and manufacture of  Caravans, Motor homes and Slide on Campers.
