John is the CEO and Founding Director of Penguin Composites. The business principal since 1976 John developed the business in support of his Surf and Water Sport business. John has grown the business through innovation, a commitment to best technology, the recruitment of key staff and business acquisition.

Anne Knowles - Finance

Anne has been the financial controller of Penguin Composites for 5 years. Having a background of retail and business management, Anne has extensive knowledge and experience in financial management including payroll.

David Mercer - Manager

David has 28 years of experience in manufacture of mouldings and niche market composite products. David has worked at floor level in all areas of composite manufacture and has a full working knowledge composite parts manufacture. David has a strong focus on meeting and exceeding customer demands and maintains a very active relationship with his clients. David seeks innovative and long term partnerships with clients. David's approach was instrumental in Penguin Composites winning the 2008 AMP Innovation award.

Lisa Egglestone - Human Resources, OH&S.

Lisa has the responsibility of developing and maintaining the OH & S aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with legislative laws and requirements. Lisa handles the Human Resources department including interviews and induction procedures. Lisa has 25 years experience in office administration.

Tim Sharman - Sales & Technical

25 years in Mechanical trades and services including industrial, petrochemical and civil engineering areas. 18 years in project management and administration roles. 8 years involvement in Composites industry, including design, engineering and QA documentation.
